HAUL OUT SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Haul Out ("Service Provider") and the undersigned customer ("Customer") for the provision of item pickup, donation delivery, and junk removal services.
1. Ownership and Permission
By signing this Agreement, the Customer affirms that they are the rightful and legal owner of all items requested to be hauled, donated, or removed. The Customer further affirms they have the full authority to authorize their removal, donation, or disposal.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before the start of any service. If payment is declined or not received, services will not be rendered. Both Haul Out and the Customer may decline service before payment is made with no obligation.
3. Final Pricing and Estimates
All services are priced based on a combination of: Volume of items, Time required, Number of trips, Disposal or donation center fees, etc.
Haul Out provides a free estimate before beginning any job. Final pricing may vary due to: Limited access, Weight or size of items, Time needed, Crew needed, Special handling (including disassembly or extra labor), Disposal. Haul Out will notify the Customer of any adjustments before beginning the job.
4. Travel Radius and Fees
Standard services are provided within a 20-mile radius of Edmond, OK.
Additional mileage fees may apply outside this service radius up to 40 miles outside of Edmond, OK. Customers will be informed of any distance-related charges before booking.
5. Limitations of Liability
Haul Out is not liable for injury to the customer or damage to items during transport unless due to gross negligence. Haul out is not responsible for delays or incidents caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions. Once items are loaded into our truck, they become property of Haul Out, and no refunds or returns will be issued. Haul Out reserves the right to donate, repurpose, or dispose of items as we see fit. This includes photos of items that are shared. Photos shared are released to Haul Out for marketing purposes and will hide any personally identifiable information to protect customers' privacy.
6. Refusal of Service and Safety Clauses
Haul Out reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at any time if conditions pose any reasonable safety risk to our staff, such as (note this list is not exhaustive).
7. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By checking the box below, I, the Customer, acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. This contract is binding as of the date of signature and applies to all services provided by Haul Out.
